What we actually do
You prepare and release announcements ahead of time, you write clear messages, you keep the channels (WhatsApp, email, socials) and the editorial calendar, you turn a vision into words everyone understands. You ensure the right information reaches the right person at the right time.
- •Prepare the week's announcement visuals (service, event, invitation).
- •Schedule posts and the multichannel push (WhatsApp, email, socials).
- •Capture photos and short video clips during Sunday service.
- •Update the "This week" page and the editorial calendar.
- •Reply to messages received on the church's pages.
Commitment: Mostly weekdays, at your own pace from home; about 2-4 hrs spread over the week. Great if you enjoy design or writing.

Habakkuk
Habakkuk 2:2-3
Clarity that makes the reader run
To this waiting prophet God gives the charter of all communication: 'Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it' — clear enough that the reader can run with it. And He adds the discipline of timing: the vision awaits its appointed time and will surely come. Clarity of message, respect for timing: the communicator's whole calling sits in those two verses.
Philip
Acts 8:5-8, 26-35
The message carried to the right place at the right time
Scattered from Jerusalem by persecution, Philip goes down to Samaria and proclaims Christ — the whole city fills with joy. Then the Spirit sends him to a desert road, the right place at the right moment, to meet an Ethiopian official's chariot; starting from the very text the man was reading, he tells him the good news about Jesus. He is the available messenger who carries the message to where people are, in language they understand.
What it will grow in you
This service forms the reliability of one who keeps their word and prepares early, and the integrity to carry the message faithfully without distorting it. It grows in you a care for clarity in service of others.
You develop clear, concise writing, a sense of timing and organization, command of publishing tools, and the art of making an idea simple and memorable.
Faith comes by hearing, and God sends bearers of good news: "How shall they hear without someone preaching?… How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (Romans 10:14-15), and He commands to "write the vision and make it plain on tablets, so that a herald may run with it" (Habakkuk 2:2).

Every published detail — time, place, quote — is accurate and verified before it goes out: the whole church's credibility rests on the reliability of what leaves this ministry.

Clarity that serves
Writing and designing simple, understandable messages in both languages: one clear message per announcement, readable by the grandmother and the teenager on WhatsApp alike.
"Unless you speak intelligible words with your tongue, how will anyone know what you are saying?" — 1 Corinthians 14:9
Diligent anticipation
Building the announcement calendar weeks ahead and hitting deadlines: this ministry exists precisely to kill the last-minute culture.
"The plans of the diligent lead to profit." — Proverbs 21:5
Carrying the message, not yourself
Speaking in the church's name with a prayed-over, grace-filled word that draws people to Christ and not to your own style: the pen serves the gospel, not the ego.
"Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt." — Colossians 4:6
Honestly: This ministry holds the church's public voice: chronic missed deadlines, unverified information, or leaking what is being prepared internally disqualifies; the tools (design, social media) can be learned, but reliability and discretion must already be there.
